This 20-acre park is part of the Syracuse trail system which winds through wetlands and farm land. The trail system has nature trails perfect for walking, biking, running or inline skating.

There is also a Large 7-acre fishing pond that is stocked with fish!
The fishing pond is generally stocked with
Channel Catfish, Large-Mouth Bass, Bluegill, and Yellow Perch.
There are also Rainbow Trout in the spring and fall.

Jensen Park is a really nice place to go if you just want to get outside
for some fresh air and exercise or just to Sit and Enjoy Nature.

(The Second Phase of Jensen Park, which is currently being constructed, includes a Large Baseball Park)

The trail around Jensen Nature Park is 1.81 miles long.
At the North West corner of the park the trail connects to the Emigration trail.
The Emigration trail heads north and west from the park for 6.2 miles,
the pavement ends at West Point City.
